The Palony Wellness Studios - Through a Generous Commitment by Anne M. Palony '65 to Health and Wellness at Le Moyne College

 

The Palony Wellness Studios are for Le Moyne College Students, Faculty, and Staff. 

To maintain the integrity of the Wellness Studio, we ask that you please do the following:

 

  • Bring a change of footwear for Studio use

 

  • Store all coats, boots, and outdoor footwear in a locker

 

  • 10 participants per class

 

  • Please bring a blanket, towel, and water bottle

With floor-to-ceiling mirrors, built-in barres, and a full suite of equipment, it’s ready for everything from quiet stretching to high-energy group workouts.

A state-of-the-art sound and video system lets you fully immerse yourself in the moment, whatever your practice looks like today.
